The Fit Index is a basic spreadsheet I use to gauge how active I am month to month.

I know there are apps to do this for you, but I like doing it manually.

Averages are per month

*2015 only includes 9 months (started recording in April).  Push up and Pull up numbers are only for 2 months (November and December).

2016 – 2024:  All data is for the full year.

    You are and have always been a stats man, Steve. Have been enjoying reading your stuff on this web site.
    Aiming to be in North America hopefully 2019 will try and catch up then. You are always welcome to come down under for a ride. Am sure you might get some odd looks doing some exercise on the planes and you lose a day completely so not sure if that would count as a negative day, but am sure you could cope.

      Thanks for readin’ and great to hear from you.

      Piece of cake on that flight to Aus. I’d sneak some push ups in the isle about 10 hours into the flight. Everyone would be zonked out or watchin’ movies.

      Miss you. Let me know your plans for next year. We’ll get you a bike and do a short tour.
